Founded in 2025
HyperQuote was founded in late 2025 by John & Mike in partnership with Diagram Ventures, a Montreal-based venture studio.
The company was built out of Diagram's Climate Tech Fund, reflecting a shared conviction that faster, more accurate quoting is foundational infrastructure for the electrification and decarbonization of the built environment.
Beyond capital, Diagram brings a venture-builder model honed across 25+ launches, deep domain expertise, and a network of operators, industry partners, and LPs through the broader Sagard ecosystem.
